By booking a service with Barbanegra Beach Club, you agree to the following terms:

• Full payment is required at the time of booking.

• Your reservation includes access to all our beach facilities, including restrooms, showers, tables or loungers, food, and drinks (as described in your package).

• You agree to arrive on time and provide correct travel details.

• We reserve the right to deny service for disruptive behavior, safety violations, or intoxication.

All refunds and modifications are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
