At Barbanegra Beach Club, we strive to offer fair and simple policies for all our guests.

• You may cancel your reservation up to 15 business days before your scheduled visit for a full refund minus 16% (to cover applicable Mexican taxes and processing fees, including payment platform and credit card commissions).

• Cancellations made with fewer than 15 business days' notice, same-day cancellations, or no-shows are non-refundable.

• If your cruise itinerary is changed or docking day is moved, your reservation remains valid for the new day — no need to cancel or rebook.

• If your cruise is fully canceled or skips Costa Maya, please contact us with official documentation to request a refund or credit.
